• For all other countries, local import duties and taxes may apply once the order arrives in your country. These charges are beyond our control, and Narrae is not responsible for additional fees. We reserve the right not to offer refunds if a customer refuses to pay these fees.
• We only follow the shipping information based on what you have entered on the checkout page upon placing your order. Narrae is not liable for lost, held, damaged packages, or delivery errors caused by an incorrect shipping address. An order confirmation will be immediately sent to your email address to confirm the purchase, giving you time to review all details before processing.

• If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please email our support team at info@narraetowels.com with your order number in the subject line.
• Once your return is accepted, we will provide the address for returning the item. Please note that Narrae is not responsible for delivery logistics costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable. After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-15 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
• Refunds for returns or exchanges will be subject to a 35 AED fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please report it within 24-48 hours of delivery by emailing info@narraetowels.com. Be sure to include your order number and 2-3 photos of the defective item. If not reported within this time frame, Narrae may be unable to process a replacement or refund.

Exchanges are not available at this time; only refunds can be processed.
