  • What is Narrae’s return policy?

    You may return your Narrae towel within 7 days of receipt. Simply email us at info@narraetowels.com with your order number in the subject line. Please note that Narrae is not responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds are subject to a $10/€10/£8/35 AED fee.

  • Do I have to pay duties and taxes on my order?

    For select countries (European Union, US, UK, and UAE), duties and taxes are included in the price at checkout. For other countries, local import duties and taxes may apply. Narrae is not responsible for these additional fees.
  • Can I amend or cancel an item from my order?

    Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or request a different size for an item you have already purchased. Please note, we’re unable to add an item to an existing order. If you need to make any amendments, please contact our Customer Care Team at info@narraetowels.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist.
  • What materials are Narrae towels made of?

    Narrae towels are made from 88% recycled polyester (from plastic bottles) and 12% nylon. This eco-friendly blend ensures that your towel remains soft and absorbent while contributing to sustainability.
  • How do I fold my Narrae towel to fit into the drawstring bag?

    Fold in half by bringing the top corners to meet the bottom corners. Repeat the fold, aligning the corners. Fold a third time until it forms a rectangle (~22cm x 90cm). Fold one short side to meet the other. Fold the stitched side two-thirds across to match the width. Fold the remaining side on top. Voilà! Your towel is neatly packed and ready to go.
  • Are the snaps on the towel metal-free?

    Yes, the snaps on Narrae towels are completely metal-free. Here’s why: no risk of allergies as there is no nickel, brass, or lead involved; soft on skin, providing a warm and comfortable feel; smooth and safe, as they won’t rub against or scratch your skin; certified Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Class I and made from 100% recycled materials.
  • How do I take care of my Narrae towel?

    To keep your Narrae towel in great condition, machine wash cold on a delicate cycle separately or wash by hand, avoid washing with heavy garments like jeans, hang air dry in the shade for best results, and use mild detergent. Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron, or dry clean.
