Narrae was born from a desire to create the ideal beach towel—one that blends practicality with art and elevates the experience at the beach.
Narrae towels have been designed for those of us who love the beach and travel. Each towel is lightweight, compact, and quick-drying, packing easily into a drawstring bag. Thoughtful details, like an invisible pocket for essentials and side snaps to wear as a poncho or sarong, make them as versatile as they are beautiful. Made mostly from recycled plastic bottles, they’re soft, absorbent, and crafted with sustainability in mind.
But Narrae is more than just a towel, it’s a gentle catalyst for connection. It’s about celebrating cultures and fostering connections. Each
towel tells a unique story, inspired by five human emotions (Nostalgia, Celebration, Self-Love, Inspiration and Eternity) and brought to life by
artists from around the world. More than just beach essentials, Narrae towels are conversation starters—gentle catalysts for sharing stories and creating lasting memories. We call it “storytowelling.”
Hi! I’m Cristina, the founder of Narrae 🙋🏼♀️— a little dream of mine that’s finally coming to life after a few years of brewing in my mind.
Having lived across different cultures, I’ve always believed in the power of storytelling to bring people together. Inspired by my love for water sports, travel, and design, I wanted to create something that not only solves a need but sparks meaningful conversations. Whether through surfing, diving, or simply lounging on the beach, we meet people along the way and our stories become intertwined. Narrae was designed as more than just a towel—it’s a gentle catalyst for connection, a way for people to share the story behind the one they chose.
